What We Do
We are a group of clinicians that hope to support individuals, families, and couples reach their goals, create connection, and reach your fullest potential. We want to help you heal and grow and work with a variety of issues.
Individual Therapy
One on one therapy with a therapist to support single persons in exploration of all issues and challenges of life.
Couples Therapy
Two on one therapy with a therapist to support both partners in collaboratively creating new, stronger relationships.
Family Therapy
Three or more individuals within a family system with one or two therapists to support the entire system.
Supervised Visitation
This program provides a safe, neutral environment where a parent and child(ren) may become reacquainted with each other and develop relationally in healthy ways. This program accepts court ordered cases and reunification cases.
Supervision/Clinical Hours
We support emerging clinicians at all levels from interns in their graduate training to graduates such as associate licensed marriage and family therapists (LMFTA) looking to fulfill their clinical and supervisory requirements to meet state licensure.
Trauma-Focused Work
Some of our clinicians have advanced training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy which utilizes eye movements and guided imagery to erase and replace traumatic memories.
BIPOC Therapy
Individuals from Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) communities often face unique challenges related to systemic racism, cultural identity, and access to resources. Therapy can provide a safe space to explore these challenges, affirm cultural identities, and promote resilience and healing.
LGBTQIA+ Therapy
Members of the LGBTQIA+ community frequently encounter discrimination, stigma, and identity struggles that can affect mental health and well-being. Therapeutic support can help individuals navigate these experiences, build self-acceptance, and foster connections within the community.
