We support emerging clinicians at all levels from interns in their graduate training to graduates such as associate licensed marriage and family therapists (LMFTA) looking to fulfill their clinical and supervisory requirements to meet state licensure. We utilize a clinic with one way mirror set ups to allow for live supervision and observation of clinical cases to provide raw support to developing clinicians.

Live supervision is rare during and after graduate programs. We give emerging clinicians autonomy in therapeutic sessions while having a Licensed clinician watch and give in the moment feedback on your clinical skills.

We focus on Person of the Therapist while providing supervision. This means that if any transference or counter transference comes up for a clinician (as is usually does because we are human), you have the support of your supervisor to be curious and help navigate how to be effective in your clinical session.
