About Alexandria Simmons
Hi! My name is Alexandria Simmons (she/her) I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate who believes that people heal best in spaces where they feel both emotionally safe and deeply understood. In my work, I strive to create that kind of environment, one that is warm, grounding, and rooted in genuine connection. I view therapy not simply as a place to solve problems, but as an opportunity to reconnect with the parts of ourselves and our relationships that have been silenced, overwhelmed, or forgotten.
I work with individuals, couples, and families to explore emotional patterns, strengthen communication, and build healthier relational dynamics. I draw from narrative, systemic, and solution-focused approaches, with an emphasis on emotional attunement, reflection, and accountability. My therapeutic style is both empathetic and intentional. I hold space for clients to feel seen, while also helping them move toward growth with clarity and purpose.
I often work with clients who are navigating transitions, identity shifts, relational disconnection, or emotional burnout. Whether someone is healing from long-term stress, adapting to new roles, or trying to break generational cycles, my goal is to help them feel grounded in who they are and empowered in how they relate to others.
In addition to my clinical work, I am a mother, wife, wellness coach, and entrepreneur, all of which have shaped my belief that healing must be both compassionate and practical, something people can integrate into real, everyday life. I honor the complexity of being human, and I bring that respect into every session.
At my core, I believe therapy should feel like a soft place to land, a space where insight meets compassion, and where meaningful change can begin.
